June 3, 2025 — The Sindh government has approved the establishment of its first Special Technology Zone (STZ) on a 500-acre site in Karachi’s Education City, Gadap. The initiative aims to transform the area into a cutting-edge innovation hub inspired by Silicon Valley, attracting investor interest and boosting the tech sector.
